We currently only allow interactive spot cluster with sky launch --use-spot, which is not managed, i.e., will not be restarted once preempted. If you think keeping the spot job alive is critical for your case, we would like to add that support for you. We actually get a few requests from our users before, but are still trying to figure out what is the best way to do it. :)
